Course

生醫科技產業分析

本課程目標為指導學生針對創新生醫科技分別針對市場、法規、專利、臨床與給負付進行營運可行性分析與決策。培養學生對於生醫科技認識與因應生醫科技產業之市場環境應變能力。本課程整合實際的生醫創新團隊與案例,通過提高生醫科技產業分析能力和個案研究實踐,學生可以在生醫技術開發過程中建構技術與市場的跨領域整合概念,從而提高了生醫科技產品的商品化能力。本課程的內容主要包含生醫科技產業個模組的分析模型和工具: 市場調研與分析策略和個案研究、生醫科技產業法規分析策略和個案研究、生醫科技產業專利分析策略和個案研究、生醫科技產業健保給付分析策略和個案研究。

科技創業與投資管理

本課程目的是為培養潛在創業家與專業經理人,尋找市場商機與開創新事業組織的能力。透過剖析創業過程(start-up process)的各項活動,帶動新創事業創新成長的動力,進而激發學習者的創新與創業精神。並且透過了解創業投資業者評審以及輔助新創團隊的機制,強化創業者對於創業投資市場的認知。

創新醫療器材設計(Biodesign)

本課程的目的是培養生物醫學設備創新和設計方面的人才。本課程將指導學生通過認識臨床需求、驗證產品設計、探索市場機會、法規和專利佈局來進行創新的醫療器械設計。在本課程中,在多位醫生和工業從業人員的密集指導下,來自不同領域的學生將共同設計創新的醫療設備,進一步開展實用的商業項目並完成商業計劃。

創新醫材專利與法規策略管理

本課程講授醫療器材相關之專利與醫療器材法規之基本認識,並配合實務案例演練進行專利與法規的分析比較。透過強化學員對於專利與法規面之了解,結合學員對於創新醫療器材商品化的基本訓練,逐步構思聚焦於醫療器材的法規策略,強化醫療器材商品化的能力。 

生醫科技探勘與商機評估

​​此技術探勘與商機探討課程之教學目的為指導學生如何依據臨床需求與市場商機探勘現行與潛在技術領域,並評估其市場可行性。為百特(Baxter)前副總羅應成學長傳承之領域知識。依據課程內容,參考羅應成學長之意見與百特與美國大學合作之課程設計,現階段規劃針對對於已具備醫工科技領域知識之大四與碩士班學生共同研習,並預計規劃整合管理學院、設計學院、醫學院等學員進行跨域學習之機制。
